Saving file/attachment from a HTTP Post based on file size restriction

Overview

This example consists of a client flow service to send a file through a HTTP Post and a Receiver Service to retrieve and save the file based on the file size restriction sent by any client through a HTTP Post. A minor change will be required on the Receiver Service accordingly if the client is any other client than IS Service itself.
